Serving our Clients with years of Transportation and Logistics experience. All possible by BPW bringing this formation at Business Provided together.
With the vision and goal to bring out the best in the Transportation and Logistics industry. Providing partnerships and relationships with carriers and both suppliers and receivers. Not reliant on load boards like many armatures do who don't take the time to know their network. Having served in the industry from multiple levels and knowing the challenges that come with it, our network can see for themselves the value provided.
As it should be, creating relationships and any logistics 3PL management shared profit; never to take advantage of our relationships as some parties that are hurting this industry do. With that, we look forward to building relationships and hearing how we may be of service to our clients and carriers.
First generation American, from a family of immigrants who worked hard at bringing eleven family members here legally. One by one, sacrificing a great deal to make the family whole again here in America. Hard work and determination for quality service has been instilled at a young age, working with multiple uncles and aunts that are all blue collar workers and entrepreneurs. Grandson to a Tailor, that created a business in Miami which lived as long as he did. Once featured on the cover of The Miami Herald for designing and crafting a custom suit for a 500 lbs gentleman.
Did you hear about the time Al Bundy scored 5 touchdowns to win the game? Ahh, the glory days! Well, Nathan was a high endurance athlete, football being one of them. Trained under the leadership of head coach Caesar Campana a former player of the KC Chiefs, in College Park FL. Even as a freshman moved up to Varsity towards end of season, he had a knack for defensive scoring and ran a 5.3 forty yard. Senior year sat out of season due to injury in second game, preventing chances of scouts to see.
Luck would have it that The Marine Corps had other plans in mind, molding the then young man into a disciplined adult, gaining hands on experience in Logistics and Transportation. From maintenance with nothing but hand tools, daily inspections of entire fleet, dispatching, transporting explosives to being mentored by the Chief Logistics Officer assisting in daily operational tasks among other leadership roles that a Marine is trained for.
Following military service, gained more experience working for Rinker Materials, a fortune 500 company. Within the first year of performance was promoted to yard manager, responsible for daily deliveries of raw aggregate material vital to the production of shelf life concrete. Ordering eight to one hundred plus truck loads of material, tested moisture levels and reported findings to Civil Engineers, batch house so they may adjust mixture levels as needed. Responsible for the QA and QC of material and continued operation maintenance of Downtown Orlando plant. Maintained the efficiency raising the output capacity of plant to meet the demand of performance required reaching milestones in production.
To provide exceptional service to clients creating relationships through actions; not words.
Goal of creating opportunities for qualified disabled Veterans who are struggling with adjusting and adapting in the workforce.
In the Marines they taught Leadership and Teamwork. The idea is quite simple, if anyone is not performing to their fullest potential then the team encourages the less motivated to succeed in reaching the top performance along with everyone else.
Along with a whole list of other higher standards to live by.
Here at Business Provided my Goal is to provide the encouragement, help and support to our Family of Veterans.
Our Mission is to assist with the transitioning of those who are struggling to adapt due to their injuries after EAS and have realized they have limitations. The hardest challenge is accepting that and it's up to them to first recognize this on their own. I would like to help identify where they can fit in this new World of limitations to them.
Going from a well trained athlete in the Nations Military to unable to participate in life at the same accustomed level or even less than necessary to provide for themselves can be challenging. Even harder to come to terms with new limitations. In the battlefield, the Marines do not leave anyone behind. That should be the same for those who, do make it home. Can I get a OORAH?!
None of this would be possible without the Leadership and help of Rebecca and Brian Wallace, Founders of BPW Logistics.
